Diplomatic Visa

This visa shall be issued to holders of diplomatic passports, in possession of the following documents:

1. Form, front and back, duly completed in print or typed, in black ink and duly signed by the Requester or Beneficiary of the Diplomatic Passport
2. Verbal note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Diplomatic Mission of the applicant's country
3. Two passport photos
4. Copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination
