Courtesy Visa

In order to obtain a courtesy visa, the applicant must be in possession of the following documents:

1. Form, front and back, duly completed in print or typed, in black ink and duly signed by the Requester or Beneficiary
2. Official passport and copies of the passport
3. Verbal note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or a Note from an Official Institution
4. Photocopy of ticket to the Republic of Angola
5. Two passport photos
6. Copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination

This kind of visa is exclusively afforded to a holder of Service or Official Passport
