Safe Conduct

To obtain a safe conduct, the applicant must provide himself with the following elements:

1- A passport photograph

2- A letter addressed to H. E. the Ambassador

3- A Form duly completed.

4- Resident permit (if any, even if it has expired)

5- Angolan Document (proving your citizenship, eg passport, ID, full Narrative Certificate, even if it has expired)

Note: The applicant will have to be prepared for an interview with the heads of the consular sector.

Payment: USD 15.00 by Bank transfer to the Embassy’s account
